With hollow bones a bird can fly extremely long distances without getting worn down from carrying its own weight. Within its bones are internal struts – structures inside that help brace the bone - that it can withstand pressure, severity of its flights, and other actvities in life. Hollow Bones is the metaphor used to help us create inner framework and structures that support us through the ebb and flow of life.
Our curriculum are written in-house and subsequently reviewed by our advisory team of reviewers (Community Elders and Previous Students). Our curriculum is comprehensive, complete, and kept current on an annual basis. Each iteration is reviewed thoroughly to ensure we continue to serve our students' needs. We offer cutting edge courses rooted in lineage, study and practice. As a result our courses are limited in number and availability.
Successful completion with letter and certification based on 100% attendance, satisfactory performance on assignments, and demonstrated proficiency with practical skills.

The background photo on this site is reported to be an engraving–probably of a photograph from Harper's Weekly showing eight Haitian Sevite found guilty in February 1864 of the murder and cannibalism of a 12-year-old child. The case was a product of racism, misreporting and sensationalism directed by Sir Spenser St John, British charge d’affaires in Haiti during the 1860s. The derogatory, racist, and false perceptions from this "witch hunt" lingers to this day. Recommended Reading.
